815 King Street

This building was built in 1940 as a 6-story art-deco structure. It sat empty for more than 20 years until we acquired it and fully renovated it in 2004.

Originally built as an office building, in its new incarnation it is a full mixed-use building with retail on the first floor, executive offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and apartments on floors 4, 5 & 6.

815 King St's beautiful restoration includes an unattended concierge desk in the lobby and limestone floors. Two elevators service the building. The executive offices have a reception area on each floor as well as a large conference room on the 2nd floor.
